“Horrible communication”

VRBO recently changed their online rental practices... without notifying property owners. Customer service is terrible, no one knows what they are talking about, different answers each time a call is made, and NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH as a first language. VRBO has cost me thousands because of their inability to communicate effectively.
