I really could not be more frustrated. I used to have my ideeli purchases shipped to my job, but I recently took another job, so before I placed my last order I updated my shipping address, made my HOME my primary shipping address, and deleted all others. Imagine my surprise when I tracked my package and it is being shipped to the old address! I did a live chat immediately, and the girl was very nice but gave me two choices. Either drive two hours round trip and pick it up myself, or wait a month for the package to be returned to them and reship per. And if anyone has ever shopped ideeli before, when THEY say one month, it must really mean three. I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service "team", only to have them repeatedly infer that this was my error. I am so frustrated! I love the deals I can get on ideeli, but for flat rate $10 shipping from every customer, you would think that they could figure this out. If this is not resolved by the end of the day I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB and contesting the charge with my credit card company.
