I lost 150 lbs using nutrisystem. I found a little garlic powder or onion powder added flavor to the food. I know it is not for everyone, but it is does work if you follow the program--and rarely did I ever feel hungry.

I haven't gotten the shoes yet, so my opinion might change. However, I ordered the shoes two weeks ago, and immediate received an email saying that they had approved my credit and that the shoes would be shipped shortly. If, however, they could not ship the shoes within 14 days, they would email me and let me know. On day 14, I called to see what had happened to the order. Two other orders submitted at the same time, but to other companies, had arrived within 7 days. I was told that the shoes had shipped the day before--on day 13.

The shoes might great, but their service is definitely lacking.
