If you ask me can you get a good deal on Top Hatter, I would tell you yes you can, some very good deals. If you ask me how is the shipping turn around time, I would tell you it is not as bad as "Wish". Most will surprise you of the amount of time you will get your items. If you ask me about Customer Service, I would tell you they do a very good job of correcting any and all problems. They return all emails within a reasonable time frame. If you ask me about the products itself, I would tell you that out of all the things I have ordered it was 96% just like the picture! Yes, I had some hit and misses but customer service took care of it less than 24 hours!
But here where my issues begin. It was fun and exciting at the beginning and especially after I start winning bids. No bids are carved in stone and that is an excellent thing for more than one reason. Then reality set in when the same items start showing up for auctions. It was either item I have already bid on and won or items I had no desire to bid on. Now do not get me wrong, it needs to repeat itself to give you an opportunity to bid on the item(s) you want. I have a long "reminder" list and only about won about 7 items that came from my wish list. I have not seen I know about 50 other items. That problem number one. I also do not like the fact that all most of the items I have ordered came without instructions. Mainly some of the electronics. My last complaint is, You can watch your item you bided on in your account. It tells you as well as you will get an email on the status of your product you have won and/or purchase. I have my items status states "Preparing for Sipping" sometimes over three weeks before it is shipped. Why does it take so long to ship it out?
Just those are my three chief complaints about Top Hatter. I just wish they will put that large inventory they have on the auction block. Change up the items on what you can bid on. This will keep me interested and excited like I was at the beginning. Yes, run the items more than once a day but also include other products as well and have complete instruction with the item when needed. And last, ship the items out within a reasonable time frame so I can get it!:-) Bottom line great company so far! Why are they asking for an order ID on a review I do not know but here is one of many!
