You would think that after all the people above have left terrible reviews about this company they would re think what they are doing and realize how wrong it is, but no of coarse not they are still stealing money from people. My daughter ordered something and they are pulling the same sh**. My daughter is 16 she works hard at a minimum wage job to buy herself clothes and they are despicable, stealing from a child! Gross. Just revolting. I plan on calling and self clearing her package, but what a pain in the $#*!, so annoying. I hope you loose all your customers and go under! They try to say what they are doing is right but if it was then all the other online stores would do the same but they don't I have never come across anything like this! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Karolina, please refer to the Canada Border Services website for details concerning goods valued at $20 CAD or greater. https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/courier/lvs-efv/prsn-eng.html We do no set the rules around duty and taxes we are merely a payment platform for product that arrives in Canada with customs fees outstanding. Both our website and the CBSA website clearly state that you can account for your own goods. Our fee for providing this service is $9 plus tax.
