I purchased a pair of sunglasses ~ June 15th and it said they would be shipped ~ June 28th. Fair enough, but it is July 22nd and nothing. I contacted customer service once and they told me to wait a couple of days and I would hear back from them. That was well over a week ago. Though I do understand there are labor issues and such connected to COVID, this is ridiculous. They could have least sent an email acknowledging and at least attempting to explain the delays. I would have been totally okay with that. But at this point, it feels like a scam because I've paid for something that I never received. You don't expect this when buying directly from the designer. It's unfortunate.
