The order has been taking more than a month to receive it. Called customer service and I was on hold for more than 30 mins no one answered. I received an email saying I had a store credit for $39.95 and it turns out they charged my card for that amount, how is that a credit if you are taking it from my account. I would not recommend, very upset and I paid 160 dollars for my order. I'm probly going to return everything whenever I receive it if I ever do receive it.

I am also sorry to hear you haven't received the order yet. Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially that this is not the kind of service that we aim for, neither the impression that we want you to have towards Adore Me.

However, please note that we only provide an estimated delivery date for orders. Even though we do our best to ensure that we meet the allotted timeframe, there are isolated occurrences when despite our best efforts, orders can be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.

However, I understand that you received a charge on your account. It seems like you may have selected the VIP membership option at checkout. We do describe this program during checkout, with email correspondence after your first purchase and at the beginning of each month. This ensures you have all the necessary information to fully understand the VIP program.
