This company has many faults- 1 order and we are over 10 strikes between shipping me the wrong month's subscription and charging me twice within the month of January for the same subscription. The second subscription packet that was shipped to me was improperly packaged and had the hand sanitizer leaking all over the package. Of which is pure nastiness- it smells and feels gross. Their Defend is the worst of this type of blend I have ever smelled. I have left reviews on their products, although I feel sure that they will not post them to their website. I have gone back and forth with their help desk and while they have made many promises to fix the issues they have not followed through with any of them. My first complaint was on January 22,2020, within 5 days of my receipt of the damaged & duplicated shipment; there are federal laws to protect consumers from stores and shippers and I am now following the steps to get my money back for the duplicated shipment that I did not authorize a credit card payment on.
I have used several essential oils brands and did not imagine that this would turn into such a fiasco. There are so many issues that I have run into that I am just over this whole company and when I report this to my credit card with all of my supporting documents and go to several review sites to share my bad experience I will never go back to their website and steer my friends away from them as well.
