Excellent. My party of 7 included a chemo patient and we range in age from 17 to 70. We booked through VRP and explained our situation. The house HAD to be clean and bug free. That is exactly what we got. We rented Veranda Palms Shrek 6 bedroom home in Kissimmee, FL. And it was CLEAN! We stayed for 15 days and not a bug in sight. I cannot say how happy we were with VRP and the home. I would recommend both 100%. VRP listens to your needs and acts on it.
Tip for consumers:
The kitchen does not carry any spices so if you like to cook, bring your own or be prepared to buy some.
Excellent water park! If visiting Orlando then this park is a must visit. Plenty to do for those seeking thrills and also for those who enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.
My family of 10 booked a vacation to Florida through VRBO and was horrified by the dirty house we entered into. At 2 am we decided to find a hotel as the home was too dirty and one of the beds was broken and unusable. It was also infested with roaches! Not a good place for an 8 month old traveling with us. We called Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista and spoke with a wonderful woman named Rosa Linda who took such great care of us! At 2 am she found 3 rooms to accommodate our large group at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. This hotel crew went out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome and it was. I will book there again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good rates and a great experience. Thank you Hampton Inn and crew!
Vacation home through VRBO. The house is a mess! Roach infested, couch is covered in black grime, pool was filthy with cigarette butts floating along the bottom and a bed was broken and unusable. Did I mention roach infested? The property is NOT as advertised! It was filthy dirty, comforters smelled as though they had not been washed in months or more. I lifted a yellow comforter off of one of the beds and there were black specks all over the top sheet. No black in the comforter so it wasn't lint. Please view the pictures of the pool and roaches. Stay away from this property! Whatever reviews they have cannot possibly be for this house..
