The lamp we purchased arrived in a badly beaten box, resulting in a crooked, dented lampshade. I called Overstock to ask if they would send another shade without me having to return the whole lamp. They told me I didn't have to return anything, and in exchange for a few pictures of the damage they would send me a new lamp. 5 minutes on the phone, problem solved.

Their customer service and returns is a nightmare! It's worth it to pay a little more elsewhere....
