WORST customer service I have ever seen. DO NOT EVER go to this salon if you want your color done correctly. They surely do not know what they are doing and cannot do a simple all over color, covering gray at the roots. Do not EVER let Rachel touch your hair and then blame all of her ineptness on the client. And, no wonder they all act like they do, as the owner, Billy, is nothing but a smart $#*!. Sarah and Rachel must be BFF's, as she tried to blame the problem on the client, also. AND, the owner accused my friend of being a liar saying her hair had been highlighted, when in fact, it has NEVER been highlighted. The whole point of going to a so called "professional" is to put your trust in them, hoping they know what they are doing. My friend took pictures of the exact color she wanted and instead of it being coppery red, it was BROWN. BROWN IS NOT RED and any EIGHT YEAR OLD knows that. And, then to add insult to injury, they offered to give my friend a refund, but shorted her $25. She had to make THREE TRIPS clear over there and they never said we are sorry for your unsatisfactory experience and we would like to give you something for your time and trouble. Instead, they kept $25 of her money and made her feel like SHE WAS AT FAULT. Little did they know, they my friend had her phone on RECORD the entire time, so I heard EVERY word they uttered and how rude and insulting they were. NEVER, NEVER go to this so called "salon," unless you want bad service and even worse treatment from some of their hired help and their owner. Calling a client a liar is NOT the way to win over someone who has already spent more time than was necessary.
