It's taken 2 days to place an order because your website site just buffers with the little furniture icon, took a full day of refreshing, restarting computer, creating an account just to try to view the cart and check out. Then somewhere along the way it assumed my shipping was the same as billing and must have auto filled so card was declined. My wife had initially started the order on her laptop because she has Rabukan cash back offers of 2% and that's how she heard about your website in the 1st place but because it wouldn't let her see the cart and check out after trying for 2 days we decided to try mine and after many tries it finally went through. Not sure if you have it set to do that so people intentionally don't get the cash back!

I ordered a dress, which took a full week to get to me which is fine when it's free shipping, but so many other free shipping sites get there much sooner. But when it came rolled up with no tags on it and with deordorant stains and black pen marks on the front, I was totally shocked, not to mention the split seem right down the front. It was like someone that obviously didn't fit into the size 2 dress, squeezed themselves in it, wore it out, returned it and they stuffed it in a bag and shipped it to me. Now, of course, they do not have a new size 2 so am trying a 4 with the stipulation that if it doesn't fit I will not have to pay for the return shipping. We will see how long it takes to get refunded for the other dress and this one to arrive. Will not order from them again, only because I really want this dress and can't find it anywhere else, am I ordering the other size.
