Worst items going saying deliverd and did not receive and really most comes from China and they say it's delivered really buyer protection and customer service top hatter useless fake cheap broken not sent

Tophatter was the biggest rip off company selling fake items falsely advertising them as real....

Please note, when a package shows delivered to your location but not received, we recommend calling the local post office to ask the supervisor to attempt to locate the package using the tracking number.
