We have recently purchased 10+ pictures from FineArtAmerica. All have arrived in great shape with the exception of one. Trying to get a replacement has been a frustrating process because you must work with their customer service by email. I began the process 6 days ago and I have received one email. This would take less than 2 minutes over the phone.

I have purchased several items here and if there is a problem, their customer service is easy to contact and very responsive.

Love Crate and Barrel, especially the order online and pick up option. Just wish the prices were a little lower

I ordered some furniture through Macy's website and it was an astounding experience. The product was excellent, delivered on time, and assembled. It was terrific. On the other hand, I get so frustrated trying to order online. If you are not having it delivered to your home address, their "security software" cancels the order every time. I now order online and then pick it up at the store. A little more cumbersome but necessary if I want to order Macys products.
