If a company has to lie to get business it's pretty pathetic. This company mails out marketing material pretending to be someone who lives in your neighbourhood and telling you that most of your neighbours are already using the application. All LIES.

I purchased a guitar, through Reverb, off this seller. I was charged $200 CAD for shipping and told it would ship FedEx and I would receive the guitar in 4-6 days. I later learned it was shipped via the cheapest method for $56.12USD via the post office. 8 days later I am still without a guitar and the tracking number only tells me vague information, such as it's in Canada on route for delivery. In bringing this matter to Tim, he has called me a liar and a psycho and posted my name with a warning on Reverb (picture below). Instead of being helpful and trying to get to the bottom of this he has been vague, dismissive and insulting.

I followed up with Reverb and they confirmed that only $56.12 USD was spent on postage. Apparently Reverb sells the shipping labels to the Sellers. If Tim understood his business he would know this. Regardless, Tim had the option to ship directly through any service - he chose this route and led me to believe something that was false and then calls me a liar.
