I used to shop on Ideel all the time and I have no idea what happened to them and their service. I can only assume new management with poor consumer values. As of today, I will NEVER shop on IDEEL EVER AGAIN because of their poor Holiday customer service. They shut down their chat and the only way to communicate is via email, perhaps, they should try replying to their email which would be consider BEST PRACTICES in the retail world. I have sent several with zero responses. This is the time of year where Holiday profits makes or breaks retail. I guess Ideel feels confident that they do not need to acknowledge their consumers. KARMA is a b*tch.
