I made 2 orders a month ago and have still received nothing. My account shows no order history even though I have order numbers. No way to contact the company to enquire about where my goods are. I would never order from this company again.

If the order is purchased via PayPal, our system will automatically created an account for customer. The email address is customer's PayPal account, so please log in your account by your paypal email address, you will see the order information. If you forgot password, click "fogot your password" and a new one will be received in email.
