Buyforbest... terrible customer service

I sent for a pair of boots from 'buyforbest' they eventually arrived after 6 weeks but they are not the ones I ordered. I have sent several emails requesting a postage paid returns label and my money back but am told I have to pay the postage! I didn't order the boots they sent so why should I pay to return the wrong item? They asked me will I keep them and sell them on eBay! Terrible customer service and the boots they sent are cheap and nasty. Stay clear!
