Citizens Shippers referral to Pup Protectors Pet Transport failed to protect my pet. The first night this transporter LOST our dog in the middle of the desert!

I would not recommend using zillow to sell your home. They don't allow the owner to be contacted directly, buyers have to contact a realtor the way it's set up.
They removed my listing by owner and never notified me. I have lost time and clients. No phone number to contact a live person.

I’m very sorry, as is the rest of the customer support team, that your dog was lost. I see from the correspondence between support and yourself that we provided all of the information we were legally able to provide to assist in your case against the independent contractor that was hired to deliver Annabelle. As you were informed, Pup Protectors has been permanently banned from using our platform, and if you posted a factual review, it would have shown up on their account if they were still allowed to transport. CitizenShipper did everything we could to assist you, and we are very sorry for your loss. We know nothing can replace the love of a dog but I can assure you that we do all that we can to make sure drivers are verified with all legally available checks.
