I bought shoes from NewChic and they were cute and sized appropriately. Then I bought two clothing items - a jacket and a coat. Neither were as described on the website - one "evening" coat had a fuzzy lining. The other looked like it would be a soft material in the photo, but was not. Proportions were off on both. They have a 30-day, you pay for shipping return policy. I emailed the day I received the items for a return label. It took them 15 days to respond and resolve and they kept asking for photos. The shipping I would have to pay to return them was so much that it made no sense. I would have paid as much for shipping to get them and return them as I did for the items. I gave them away instead. They sent emails from NewChic when I was placing the order, then "order" and "service" when I was trying to return (some of these went into spam). Customer service either don't know what they are doing or were trying to get past the 30 day return window.
