Order contacts in November ( Black Friday deal) I understood they were reaching out to my eye doctor for prescription, still dealing with unwearable contacts and no resolution. Emailed and called, finally reached Rachel on 1/4/2022 was told she was talking to manager and would get back to me by the end of the day. Called again 1/5,1/6 phones down again called 1/8 - closed. The only responses I get via email is telling me they need to charge me more. Not a very E Z interaction with this company. No wearable contacts and no resolution from the company.

I have not ordered much from here but would like to be able to find sale items in my size a little easier. With this order I will see how things go as it's hard to find a good fitting bra in neutral colors like beige or tan or cream. I usually don't order online because of if I have to return items it seems like such a hassle. Hoping that this works out!
