We purchased an LG Washing Machine at the Home Depot on Sixes Road in Holly Springs, It was delivered on a Wednesday afternoon. After doing two loads of laundry, on Friday, a code appeared on the washer; IE. The machine couldn't finish the cycle. I looked up the code in the handbook, and apparently, one of the water faucets (located in the back of the machine) was not fully open. We called LG and got nowhere. They put me on eternal hold, and after 20 minutes, I realized no one was ever going to pick up. Needless to say, I was quite upset. Just bought a new washer, and it didn't work? I called Home Depot, and spoke with Ann Marie, our salesperson. She was very professional and transferred me to the Manager, Bill Horner. I told him what happened with LG, and explained that the connections were in the back, and we couldn't possibly move the machine to access them. He told me he would call me back in about 20 minutes. And guess what? He did call me back. He told me that he couldn't find an available installer to check out the problem. However, he would come out the next day (Saturday) to help us. OK, so I was a bit skeptical, and didn't think he would come by. But guess what? He did. He actually moved the washer by himself. Turns out, the faucets weren't complete opened. So, not enough water was coming through. He also waited through the entire cycle to make sure the machine was working. I would give 100 stars if I could!
