They're the worst service ever! The employees are dishonest about how the insurance works. You have to submit a claim through the insurance company if you can't make your flight and it's not guaranteed you will get your refund. When you purchase insurance you will be charge $200 by the airline with any changes to your flight. You should book directly through airline.
