I bought a pair of Giuseppe Zannotti heels they were too big I returned them three days after. I received a email from Yoox stating they have received and processed my return
It's been almost a month I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service several times and was told the same thing over and over. They don't know when I will receive my refund I have to wait.
I tried contacting them to find out my number had been blocked. I used my partner phone to contact them after being the phone for over 20mins trying get a answer as to when my refund will be issued I was told that the matter had been escalated but they don't know when I will receive my refund.
