Ordered a mono baseball hat... the website gives you a color card to choose the thread... I choose pale pink and the hat arrived with cream thread. They asked to see a photo of the incorrect thread color and then said sorry all sales are final and that they cannot be responsible for my computer "monitor"? Pink is pink cream is cream last I checked.
Anyway they refused to correct the item or send a new hat. Credit card dispute happening now... is this real life?!?!?! Never ever have I been treated so poorly by a owner of a company. STAY AWAY and look on line at the many many complaints they have even the BBB won't represent them. Just an FYI most mall kiosks have a embroidery center they charge $10-$15 to monogram and you can watch them do it no issues like this!
