I am writing this message to express my extreme dissatisfaction with S&S services and overall waste of my time for the last two shipments. Last shipment, there was an error from S&S they overcharged, and after several emails and phone calls issue was resolved and a credit was issued. I was advised to use this credit for next shipment by sending an email to *******@shopandship.com, which i did but no response. The shipment is on hold since last week, payment issue still not resolved for this shipment and its a total waste of time and energy. It is definitely not worth is to spend so much time in chasing and explaining S&S again and again same thing, which is in fact not my mistake rather their mistake.
