I ordered some shea butter and black soap off of the website, as I'd had such a positive experience with their products. However, my order was supposedly delivered and I had received nothing. I contacted their customer service email to seek help and received no response. That was in December. I still have received neither a response nor my order. I reached out to them three times seeking help to no avail. Great product however the terrible experience with their customer service has over shadowed the product. I do not recommend ordering products through this website as there is a good chance that you won't receive your product or any help regarding their products.
