I thanked them for the given explanation but let myself clear: "Although you promised on good customer services and did answer my response, I found the response delayed. Also, and I think you would agreed with me on this, first time customers that do take the time to make a significant purchase (around 7 dresses), should not carry the fault of ordering "too many hot-sales". On the contrary, such orders should be quickly processed for us to return online happily in no time.

At Rosegal all items have varying processing times based on their warehouse location and stock availability. Please note that each item has it's processing time displayed clearly on the web page.
The total time it will take to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
