I have to send photo start arbitration and send back item at my cost. On my order form you can see a picture of the correct item.

You may select "return the item and get a full refund and seller pays for the return shipping cost" in your dispute. Please do take a photo of the item that you received as well as the shipping label attached on the parcel, these will build up your claim and these can help us in mediating on this issue successfully if the merchant does not cooperate with you.

Once the dispute is filed, the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue. If you will not reach an agreement with the merchant until the 5th day since the dispute was filed, please contact us back so that we can assist you in escalating the case to our Resolution. Please do not agree on the seller's request that you return it and you'll pay the return shipping cost.
