I've used them in the past and had a decent experience. This time around was horrible. I purchased a logo package online with a 2 hour TAT. I submitted the details along with payment and still no response after a couple of days. I then receive a message from someone asking was I still wanting them to complete the project because they haven't heard from me, so I resubmitted the form again directly. After a couple of days with no response, I reach out for explanation on the delay. I get a call from Joshua explaining I should have called them once I submitted payment and that it wasn't his fault, because I wasn't working him. Then he goes on to say I should have also called for them to honor the 2 hour TAT which they have advertised online with the package. Joshua decided to want to have a debate over the phone with me as if I was in the wrong for being upset they dropped the ball. So, I decide to continue to allow them to provide the designs advising how tight the deadline is and I need the designs asap according to the TAT advertised. I didn't get any design concepts for the next couple of days. Then every revision moving forward took an additional day or two to complete, given I had to constantly message Joshua demanding my designs. Every single conversation was an excuse and he never apologized, nor did he provide any resolution for their poor customer service given how urgent this deadline was and how it jeopardized me losing my client. After about a week, I demanded a refund if he couldn't provide my client's designs within a couple of hours as he promised. Another 24 to 48 hours goes by again. I asked to speak to management on the poor service and Joshua completely ignored my request. I will NEVER hire them again for another client's project. He even had an attitude when I explained my frustration.
