I'm writing another review in hopes of the rep commenting again. Previously stated in my review was that the site stated I have "2 incomplete orders" on top of the 1 order I placed and had $26.98 taken out from my PayPal account. I don't appreciate the "rep" commenting saying I never paid, because the second I clicked to make the payment the money was taken from my account. If they can be that fast with taking out the money, they should also be quick enough with tracking details on an order, processing that order, or even shipping the order. Like I said before, Scam!

I have had nothing but issues with this site. I ordered a dress on 10/4 for a wedding on 10/25. It is now 10/21 and I have yet to hear anything about where this item may be. I did receive an email on 10/8 saying 2 of my orders had failed, whatever that meant. I went on the site and signed into my account and saw that there were 2 different orders, both around $30, that were pending. I had never ordered anything else besides the one dress so I have no idea how these "orders" were pending. They both said they were waiting for my payment confirmation which I luckily never did, so I'm guessing they were trying to scam me into adding on to my order. I have tried the online chat and it never loads and have emailed multiple times asking what is going on. The money is taken from my account immediately but after almost 3 weeks I can't even get a response as to where my order is?

Another thing, when I open up the "My Orders" part in my account, the actual dress that I bought isn't even in there. It's like they took my money and my order doesn't even exist. I also have tried putting my order confirmation number that I received way back when I paid for the dress into the tracking section and nothing comes up. This is the biggest scam I have ever been a part of and I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone! I hope people read these reviews before thinking about ordering anything from this site! Luckily I bought a different dress, from a real store, and don't have to sit around hoping mine magically appears within the next few days!

There is no way this site would ever receive good reviews, so whoever these people are actually giving them 5 stars and saying good things must be employees!
