Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the banggood. I made a purchase of a cell phone (Original LeEco Le 2 X526 5.5 Inch Quick Charge 3GB RAM 64GB) on 14.12.2018 but to this day I did not receive my product. I have already opened several complaints with banggood and they always respond the same thing, they ask to check with the post office, however the tracking code is untraceable "non-existent code". I went 3 times in the post office they say the code does not exist. And I report what the post office informed me, and the response from banggood is always the same thing. "Please check with the post office."
There's already a very unpleasant situation. I would like to solve my problem.
