After tirelessly searching for these size 12 six inch shoes that I absolutely love super sexy high heels seemed like it descended from the heavens I was so happy to get the shoes in my size and in the color that I wanted. The next day I was pushed of that heavenly cloud with a email stating that the shoes I ordered was no longer in stock and if I would be interested in some other color or I could wait until it was back in stock. I let them know that I wasn't going to wait and I wanted my money back I had to email them more than once to let them know I canceled my order and I wanted my money back. I got my money back a few days later but as far as I'm concerned it wasn't fast enough it was their fault for not being on top of things I was very annoyed and I absolutely hate website that don't keep track of what they have and don't have its a time waster of epic proportion. Only after my purchase was made they realized that the shoes were completely out of stock and updated there website stating that fact. They had some cool stuff that I was interested in but I wouldn't purchase anything from them again for the simple fact that their website doesn't reflect what's really going on, to think a simple (available) and (not available) would make the world of difference.

First of all I had to write them to find if they had the pair of shoes I wanted in my size and color and I didn't receive a response probably until three or four days later. Any company that takes that long to respond to such a simple request (which I shouldn't even have to do because they should know about there inventory) as shoe size and color I can only imagine how long they would take to resolve a problem with an order I was totally turned of by that simple fact I didn't even bother with the purchase.

That establishment is the absolute worse I purchase two pair of shoes from them early December so I would get it for Christmas three weeks later I saw the order was still processing I wrote to them only to be told there was a glitch and one my items where back ordered and the other wasn't even in my size I got this email about how sorry she Lauren was and if I quote could "find compassion on a human level" because they are a small family business and she has sick family members to care for (q the violins) I said fine she said the back order item would arrive the 2nd week in January I said fine, March is now coming to an end and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed asking about my order nothing, I emailed to cancel the order because it was outrageous nothing, they don't answer there phones nor emails after they get your money. But by the hook or the crook I'm getting my money back ($100 plus Dollars they must be crazy) they're smart not to put there address. They are thieves basically I don't know if they comprehend that taking people's money and not giving them what they pay for is stealing. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE
