“Scammers”

I applied for credit before Christmas and theu approved me for half the amount of what I wanted to order and so they wanted half the money before shipping my order. I did not have the money at the time so I never completed the order and never recieved anything. I now have a collection bill from them for items I never recieved. And everytime i call the operator says all representatives are busy. This company are scammers
