It's has been over a year I have been waiting for a refund from milanoo! Have continue to email them almost every day since last April for my refund. I was told I had to pay to return and a restocking fee. I explained that would be much more then the shoes cost. Than customers service offer me a 15 dollar coupon off my next order! What a joke. Shoes cost me 40.17. They were to wide in the back and stuck out on both side which would make you fall. I was told also to try and sell them to some one else? As of today I am still emailing and filing complaints about this company. I have spend hundreds of dollars with milanoo maybe thousands purchased a lots from them and as soon as I had to return one item I was treated like dirt! I will never give up trying to get my REFUND. At this point it's about the principal of this matter. I feel like Milanoo robbed me. I should have read all those bad reviews on milanoo before I order from them. Lot of review stated milanoo is a SCAM and now I see why. Milanno is a VERY unfair company. I am sure they make most of there money
Pertaining to returns because most customers not going to pay returns and stocking fee. WHAT A RIP OFF. ONE DAY THERE LICENSE WILL BE TAKING FOR UNFAIR PRACTICE.
