I ordered a mat and waited for the order to be updated to processing, but it didn't. I checked the reviews and freaked out. I checked BBB and freaked out a bit more. I continued checking the order for an update, 7 days later I emailed them to cancel my order, seeing as it hadn't even made it to processing. I also called in when they opened. To my surprise and delight I talked to Abby, and she looked up my order and informed me it was out for delivery. I highly recommend calling them if the order online doesn't update. The mat was exactly what I ordered. It fit well had doesn't seem to have any problems. I would recommend this company, but they definitely need to fix there online order look up.
