Couldn't check in online with the details they emailed me so I called them. The agent was rude and kept interrupting me. Wouldn't offer a solution other than show up at the airport and check in there. I called the airline who explained how to check in because the booking email used was travelgenios and not mine. This is something the agent should have known and advised me.
