I should have ignored the suggestion "you should see what carmax will give you". Been here twice, will never return. I will never waste my time for an appraisal. First car, They offered me I believe it was $11,000 for a meticulous perfect mustang. I sold that same mustang for $19,800. Like an idiot I wasted my time now having them price my replacement vehicle from the mustang. This is an exotic truck that is not affordable by the average vehicle buyer. Once again meticulously maintained, perfect condition, beautiful vehicle. Pristine. Single and only owner. Carmax tried to tell me the vehicle had possibly been in an accident but couldn't prove it. Wow really? Pointed out screws that may have been tightened or touched. Well The owner of the dealer of which I purchased the vehicle brand new from for over $69k wasn't happy to hear that false and inaccurate claim from the carmax minimum wage employee. Flagship Vehicle. Pristine. Carmax is ripping people off buying cars and If they can't sell it on their lot, they will sell it at auction for more money than they paid you. Local Dealers and re sellers go to the carmax auctions to buy the cars from carmax to re sell them at a profit. Who's being ripped off? The poor customer that goes there to sell them their vehicle. Carmax has to pay their land lease for these huge lots and to keep those blue/yellow shirt employees standing around with benefits. Indeed salary info for carmax:

"The average CarMax salary ranges from approximately $25,458 per year for Salesperson to $184,083 per year for Location Manager. Average CarMax hourly pay ranges from approximately $8.00 per hour for Car Sales Executive to $24.25 per hour for Service Consultant".

Benefits, land lease, wages and salaries at carmax = don't waste your time with an appraisal.

I made $13,500 more by selling my 2nd vehicle myself vs giving it away to carmax. First one, $8,800 for a grand total of $22,300! That amount is a brand new car, or even a nice usedcar... $22,300 what a joke I hope carvana continues to take from their pie. Never again.

Don't waste your time. They won't pay out the cash back... especially if its high. They will give you ever excuse in the book and even if you follow everything to a "T" they will end it with the vendor didn't approve the purchase. Well i called the vendor and they said they have no clue who top cash back is and that they don't approve of any non sense like that. They do know who ebates/rakuten is and they were fine with them. List of excuses by toipcashback to not approve cash back:

You used a coupon code.
You missed clicked
The purchase wasn't your last click
You weren't signed in when you made the purchase
Birds were flying in the sky
A kitty cat named sam said No.
The vendor ultimately didn't approve the purchase.

Hi There,

I'm really extremely sorry for the experience you've had. What I can say is that there's only so many reasons why cashback wouldn't track which includes a handful of the ones you mentioned. Others can include having an ad blocker installed and turned on, not clearing your cookies/cache before entering our site to make a purchase, and having other pages opened while shopping and jumping back and forth in between your purchases. Some merchants will even explain in their terms & conditions that you should start your shopping with an empty cart. TopCashback has even compiled a blog post to make it easy for members to ensure their cashback always tracks successfully. You can view the post here: https://www.topcashback.com/blog/how-to-maximize-your-topcashback-experience/. Also, rest assured that any retailer would have to have a direct partnership with TopCashback in order to be on our site. If you have anything outstanding that you would like me to take a closer look at in your account, again I am more than happy to do so. Please feel free to reach out directly to promotions@topcashback.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Wishes,

Dominique

Who does this? This is a website to list vehicles for sale. Dealers and private sellers. I guess when you list an expensive truck, someone got upset about it because I wouldn't sell my truck to a reseller or dealer. My cars.com listing was closed/ account closed with zero communication from cars.com. I had to log into my account to find out my listing was closed. Im so glad I didn't pay for a listing with them because what a scam. This is a joke of a website if this is how they run things over there.

Send spam mailers constantly... and I do not have a mortgage. It's hilarious to get mail about my current mortgage when I don't have a mortgage. I was added to title and these idiots just keep sending spam."Final notice date"... I've been getting final notice date for months. It's a joke and they are a joke and fools for wasting paper. Check your records.

If u list ur vehicle for sale on auto trader, Craigslist, cars.com, cargurus etc etc u will get either texts or emails or even both asking "is your 2016 Honda still available". The next response will be that they are interested and would like to see it the next week. They then say they want u to go to myautovalidate.com or some beepbopreport.com and fill out a vehicle report history. They want u to pay for it and that's the scam. They get ur money for that report and no one is planning on seeing ur vehicle. It's the same dialogue every time

I also received a predatory lending correspondence from this company. There was a fake check with a fake dollar amount. We just added a family member to title on our VA back loan. I'm assuming these scumbags poach county records to see if they can get you to refi with them. I would never do business with any business that spams customers with fake mailers. Lots of junk mail from this company too. I will be sending their junk mail back to them.

I wouldn't buy heavy furniture from them. You may end up regretting it. They are reselling from China and the turn around time, replacement process for damage items is a lot of work and you may feel it isn't worth it. It wasn't worth it for me. If you receive an item damaged, you have to submit photo's immediately and if it's a specific part they will try to send you the replacement part. That means that bison will then contact the manufacturer and or vendor and try to figure out which part it is. When you have heavy items coming from over seas, the probability of receiving the item damaged is very likely. Then add into UPS and the carriers with all that happens with them. They also have a restocking fee at least on Amazon and you may end up having to pay for return shipping which is a high cost for large bulky heavy items. Good luck but you have been warned.

Bison office rep, ur a f in liar. Bison office doesn't have their own products u guys are re sellers/drop shippers. Just like an amazon, eBay, Macy's etc. a lot of ur sh t comes from China. All item I received were from China. Stop ur lies fake news.

And no, you have a great day!
