I had ordered two items two weeks ago. One item showed up in the box when it was delivered. Clearly, someone had forgotten to put the second item in the box and shipped it. I contacted customer service who advised me they would process a return and told me they would cover one day shipping. I called customer service who completed the return for me and told me one day shipping would really be one week shipping. I called on a Thursday and they told me my package would arrive until the next Thursday. Why tell me in an email that you'll do one day shipping but it'll take a week to get to me. I called last Thursday and here it is Saturday and my order still shows "processing." Terrible customer service.
