Wouldn't ship to an address other than my billing address using CC. Said it was for my "protection". Explained that I don't visit the billing address frequently and if they ship to the billing address, the package will likely be damaged by weather or lost, and I would then have to file a claim. Still refused. Said I should pay with PayPal so they can ship to the preferred address (don't see how that protects me any more, considering the billing address is the same). Ridiculous. Told them to just cancel the order. I'll find a more competent company... never had this problem with any other company before. Cross that one off the list...
