Have been using them for many years until i got cheated by another company (bad top3 media pte ltd/ saltdesign pte ltd / webdesign pte ltd) who offers the same services at a cheaper rate but never delivers and is a nightmare to work with. I have learnt my lesson to always ask for frds recommendation and more reviews before deciding. I am back to this company again. Yoohoo!

Keep a check on some items as they may cost much more than other sites or if you buy from the stores. Certain suppliers may also sell substandard products. But mostly a great site to buy stuff from.

Not the kind company that you will approached for your real needs. They are only interested in doing sales and after care services sucks. They are used to call first principle insurance, i suspected that they are doing terrible services thus they change their name. Their directors are the pinnacles of BAD services who only wants your CASH.

Fast delivery and free swatches on request. But the price and delivery of the product is a bit on the high side.

Ask the expatriates crowd in Singapore and most likely you will hear of their excellent workmanship and quality of products! They are well known for providing better values for the your dollar as they do not have a retail space. So it is a well hidden secret that only the privilege will get it. Be warn that they are very very busy and you may not be able to engage them as they are overloaded with orders.

Was cheated into buying their eCommerce website design and paid in full. Then they not only cant deliver on time, they gave MANY excuses and try to smoke their way through. Wanted to complain to CASE, then they do abit. Took 7 months to get a lousy site out and thousands of complains. Finally, had to ask another company to re-do it. Easy to use, navigate and user friendly. Bought from this site before. Customer service is alright. Delivery pretty fast too.

Known as many names to disguised themselves from their original company top3 media pte ltd who is well known online for complaints about their terrible work attitude and services provider. Well known to "con" people to pay in full for cheap cheap price package and after that delay delivery, substandard work produced. Worst still, they will threaten and say that customers are fussy, nonsensical and demanding!

They never honur their low price guarantee. Asked for links but will reply 2 weeks later that they cant find the low price or available room. WTH, of course, it was two weeks after! AND THEN shamelessly asked for a screenshot which happened two weeks ago! If i knew a screenshot is needed, they should have asked for that in the first place! But their claim forms does not have that function. THE Customer service was a service to send me to mental torture with all sorts of excuses and unresonable reasonings! HORRIBLE SITE! NEVER USE THEM EVER!

Read their review in google review and other sources. They are full of complaints and bad reviews.
