Ordered a product from their website and paid via Paypal.

After some time, contacted company to check on status of order... the only form of contact is an online web form. Filled out form twice, and never received a response.

Opened up a case with Paypal, and Bagcimply sent them a USPS tracking number for something that was delivered to my town, to make it seem like they followed through on shipment. The tracking number was for a different address.

The post office confirmed that the package did not come from Bagcimply, and was delivered to the correct address. Somehow Bagcimply sent a USPS tracking number that made it look like they delivered my package. I then sent a third request to their web form, and still didn't receive a response.

I'm hoping Paypal refunds my money and discontinues business with Bagcimply.
