I ordered an expensive patio set. The driver for delivery called me late Monday night 8:30pm asking me all very strange questions of what i bought, who i bought it from when i would be home. If he could just leave it. I told him I needed to inspect... The next day I get a call from the warehouse saying it would not be delivered when they said. I said ok no problem and we rescheduled. I took off work to wait for the new delivery time, and I get a call that same morning saying that they cant find all the pieces, they dont know whats on the wrong truck or when I would receive it. I called Frontgate and they were extremely unhelpful. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said they wouldnt refund me until they received the item back. I told them I never received it and its their fault. So now I have to fight the charge or else ill have to pay thousands of dollars only to have a very large credit on my credit card for later to use.
