Overall I am pleased with their service and have been a customer for about a decade now. 4$ flat rate shipping; doesn't matter what you buy or in what quantity, and with their "Pile of Loot" feature they will allow you to stockpile items up to 90 days so you can maximize and fully exploit their $4 flat rate shipping deal. I spend a grand total of $16 on shipping thousands of dollars in merchandise over the course of a whole year. My only real gripes with BBTS is that they are a little slow to reply to customer service inquiries, but they do respond every single time... unlike TFSource who picks and chooses what they reply to. I feel like an online business should have someone on hand to answer inquiries within an hour or less, 24/7... but they use the standard business day 9 to 5 model like brick and mortar stores... which just seems silly for an online store these days. They could also stand to improve on keeping up to date with their preorder release dates by communicating more with their suppliers and updating their listings when there are changes; it's hard to budget your preorders when they have an item listed to come out in December but it doesn't release until three months later and you pass up an item you might want so you can stay within your budget, and you wind up missing out on the item while waiting for the one they wouldn't update the release date for. A prime example is their NECA listings, they have several items which were announced in 2016 with 2016 release dates, and as each month passes, the system automatically changes the date to the current month and those items are still on preorder status in 2019. Thankfully NECA now has a shipping calendar so now I can just check their website for the release schedule. My thinking is; if I can do that, how hard is it for BBTS to do the same and update their own listings so that other people who are unaware of NECA posting their shipping schedule can have an easier time budgeting their preorders. Unfortunately finding manufacturer release dates, from companies that are not NECA, is not so simple... which is why BBTS failing to keep up with their listings can be annoying.

EDIT: (They lost two stars from my original rating) Foolishly, I continued to use their service, and I have finally learned my lesson... their site was fine for occasional use, but the moment you have an issue, they will turn to crap. They sent me two separate orders in a row that both had issues. The first order had a missing item and another item with smashed up packaging. Their site lists that all items are "C9 Box / Collectors Grade packaging" and "MISB (Mint in Sealed Box)Case Fresh From a Factory Sealed Case", that is not what I received. It has been over a month since I contacted customer service, and they have completely ignored the damaged box issue (see pics for box condition), and still haven't shipped out the missing item. The second order was placed a few weeks after the first, and a week after addressing the issues with the first order, and they again sent me an order with smashed up packaging (see pics) They have completely ignored my customer service message about this shipment.

Their customer service will ignore your messages about 50% of the time; especially if you have an issue. Their "customer appreciation week" is actually a social media promotion and without a facebook, instagram, twitter, and a youtube account, you basically cannot participate in the contests; so in reality it's a "social media appreciation week". They false advertise on their promotions; specifically their annual "Jerry's Stocking Stuffer" mystery gift. The site listed on their home page and their official reps on several fan sites that a purchase over $300 would include a $60+ mystery gift. The order I placed listed two of my paid, in stock, items as pre-orders and caused me to not receive the promotion. I contacted the site and it took nearly three business days to receive a reply; even though their site says they will respond in one business day or less. They apologized and offered me an item listed on their site that was marked down from it's original price of $20 to $10 as my $60+ mystery gift and told me it would ship with my next order; I use their order stacking service. I was irritated, but I had to make another qualifying purchase to acquire several items I was after; and I received the same $10 item as my mystery gift on that order which already included the missing mystery gift from my previous order; not much of a mystery what I will get if I made another qualifying order. I contacted them about the false advertising and have yet to receive any sort of reply beyond their automated email letting me know they did in fact receive the message I sent. In previous years, they did provide items valued at $60+ which was a major factor in my utilizing their site further after abandoning Toywiz.com for their poor customer service and high prices. TFSource's prices are usually competitive with other sites like Big Bad Toy Store, and I haven't had any issues with them beyond their poor customer service and false advertised promotions; but I really don't see much incentive to stick with them, beyond grabbing the few items I can't pick up elsewhere, when I can get the same products for the same prices at Big Bad Toy Store and never have to worry about my customer service inquiries being outright ignored.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is likely to ignore your messages if you have any issue. If they do respond to your issues, you will wait an eternity before they actually do anything to correct it, if they even bother.

Products used:
Damaged products pictured are Transformers Earthrise Scorponok ($159.99) and Takara Legends LG34 Mindwipe ($69.99).
