The amount of orders that are wrong cold and not delivered to the accurate location is un fathomable. On top of this the drivers cannot read English and literally don't know what left or right is. No thats not racist its an actual factual statement. The instructions i wrote where with capitals (cause I was getting frustrated)"LEFT side of the house through gate leave food on the chair and call upon delivery please and thank you very much." I found the food on the other side of the house or in the driveway eaten by animals. I even had 2 of them argue with me and tell me the right side was the left side... Out of 10 maybe 1 or 2 couriers got it right and 50 percent of the time my order was wrong or cold. Now if there's a problem with any order at any service I will let them know. Skip the dishes has blocked me from contacting customer service, when I've had a legitimate reason to file complaints. There is also no phone number to reach them otherwise so I am unable to complain. Is this even legal ive stopped and switched to uber eats and haven't had a single problem with them so far. But someone tell me please is that legal.?
