They give you a runaround on their rebates. I used the online chat and phone call to confirm that I've given them the right documents they need, a couple of days after, they come back through email that it was incomplete, and asking again for a different paperwork(they are the ones that send the item, why wouldn't they know what they sent, if I provided them all the tracking no/item info/name and everything else? It's just a way for them to not pay your rebate... if that email goes to spam, or you don't open your email, then they made an extra buck. The phone line to call for rebates has an excuse that they are not the ones who has the requirements, so you cant complain to them. A cop out from the company, I would say. If they really want to serve the customer, they would do it on a better way... or, actually use technology. They're supposed to be a technology company, right?
