So I had one legal question I wanted to ask. When looking on the sites front page it makes you think you can pay only $5 for a one time question or $46 for a monthly subscription. I should have read the fine print but any credible company would give you a refund if you made a mistake on the first hour of your order. I put my card information in thinking I was paying $5 for a one time question. After asking my question and getting an answer I opened m bank app to make sure everything looked good. I've never heard of this company so I wanted to double check. Not only did they charge me $5 but they also charged me for the monthly subscription which was $46. I immediately called and explained to customer service that there was a mistake made and that I wasn't wanting a monthly subscription. He was very quick to tell me there are no refunds and that I should have read the fine print. Any credible company that takes care of their customers and has good business ethics would be more than happy to refund my money but not this Mickey Mouse operation. The one and only time they will ever pull money from my account. If I could rate this place a zero star I would!
