Pricing was average, however the nightmare began once I ordered a bed from them. First, it took weeks for the product to arrive, and when it finally showed up it literally looked like a bear had ripped into it the packages. I have NEVER received packages that looked this bad. Not only were the boxes mangled and shredded to where the product inside could clearly be seen to be damaged, I was even missing an entire parcel of the shipment altogether. We really wanted this bed, but due to the extreme condition of the boxes we had no choice but to refuse the shipment and send it back. Reached out to Drew with customer service and was told that I should have accepted and kept these insanely destroyed boxes, then I guess it l would've been my job to dissect through these tattered boxes and try my best to determine just what I was missing and what needed to be replaced due to the damage, then they would send me replacement parts…no thanks, last time I checked I paid for a product and the company was supposed to make my experience easier, not the other way around. Because I sent this abomination of a shipment back, this Mickey Mouse company decided it would cost them too much in shipping to send me a new product and actually try to make one of their customers happy, which was fine by me because as long as it initially took and the odds of me getting everything in one piece from them seemed bleak anyway. Took 3 days and me contacting them to finally get refunded as an icing on the cake. They advised me that I should find a local furniture store for a bed, but I actually immediately found the exact same bed on Wayfair for cheaper afterward, and wouldn't you know it, it same bed was cheaper, came within a week of orders and all parcels of the shipment arrived and in excellent condition…wish I'd went with them originally, totally different experience for the exact same product.
