I had report this issue regarding my lazada e wallet payment on my 25k+php order through live agents but what I get is to wait for 4-6hrs, 24-48 this is already the 4th day theres still no update. They said that they will pass it to escalation team, payment team, engineers, etc. bunch of teams but there's still no resolution to my problem I am telling you do not use their lazada e - wallet it is so useless it cannot be cashed out if the lazada wallet is faulty. FIX THIS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
