They offer different memberships unknowingly and when you think you've cancelled your membership they charge you others ones! Had to call customer service today to get a "second" one cancelled even though I thought I had already. Had a terse conversation with the customer service rep who was blaming me for having different memberships. No, you shouldn't have confusing different ones and charge me. Finally got it refunded but did NOT receive a cancellation email to confirm. They'll probably just keep charging next month too. Awful people. Purposely create multiple memberships to confuse you and get money from you. They are the scam artists they charge you to see if others are. How do they sleep at night?

Tip for consumers:
They need to be taken down and apologize to all of their members they keep ripping off and overcharging.

Changed their name from Ten Minute Resume to "Pongo" which is a downgrade in names. Not professional sounding at all. They also keep raising their rates and won't let you download any previously written info unless you pay them every month or buy a year of membership in advance. Even though I've been a member on and off for many years and have paid them a decent amount of money, any time my laptop dies and my saved resume/letters die with it I'm forced to pay them another (currently) $15 just to download a simple resume or letter. Used to be $10. It's $60 or so for the year I think. Be sure to cancel or they'll just automatically and happily keep charging you $15 a month which would be $180 for a year. Most people don't expect to keep searching for a year so to offer a year in advanced is not desirable. If they had maintained a professional name and had a discount the first month you return (say $5 to $7.95) I'd be fine with it.
